Our services incorporate the latest technology to detect, diagnose and evaluate the many forms of cancer. The Radiology Department is staffed with radiologists and technicians to provide both inpatient and outpatient services. Patient Navigator

Have you recently been diagnosed with cancer?  If so, our Patient Navigation Program is a free service that helps patients coping with a cancer diagnosis. This program offers patients, their families and caregivers the knowledge, support, guidance and resources they need to manage their cancer diagnosis and treatment

Our Nurse Navigator can:

  • Serve as a liaison between the patient, caregiver and their physician
  • Answer questions and address patient concerns
  • Provide patients with information and educational materials to understand the disease process and make informed treatment decisions
  • Coordinate scheduling for appointments, tests, surgeries or therapies
  • Work with your team of healthcare providers to eliminate barriers to care
  • Connect you with appropriate resources, such as access to nutritionists, transportation and local support agencies
  • Research and assist patients with financial concerns
