The state has selected five Medicaid Managed Care plans, and our hospital is In-Network with all of these plans:

• Amerihealth Caritas
• Carolina Complete Health
• Healthy Blue (Blue Cross Blue Shield of NC)
• United Healthcare Community Plan
• WellCare

• Mobile App: Search for NC Medicaid Managed Care in Google Play or the App Store 
• Call (833) 870-5500 to speak with an enrollment specialist starting March 15, 2021
• 7am-8pm 7-days a week during the open enrollment periods
• Mail completed forms back via instructions in the enrollment packet
